We used Complete Site Solutions for our backyard wedding and let me tell you…we were absolutely blown away when Jason dropped off the restroom trailer. The trailer was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. All of our guests were in awe over the four stall bathroom and the fact that it had AC, heat and music was playing! We rented a restroom trailer for our 10/14/23 wedding from Jason at Complete Site Solutions. It was one of the best vendor decisions we made. The whole experience was seamless from beginning to end. Jason was a pleasure to work with. The trailer was beautiful, clean and had all the extra amenities A/C or heat, special lighting, Bluetooth music. Due to such bad rain we added rugs to help our guests. Delivery and pick-up by Jason was on time and again flawless. If you’re looking for a “bougie” porta potty for your event, I highly recommend! When we decided to have an outdoor wedding event for over 100 guests we knew we couldn’t have them all going in and out of the house. This was the perfect solution. We originally asked for a two stall bathroom, but there weren’t any available. Jason offered us a 5 stall for an extremely reasonable price. However, due to a cancellation the two stall was available and more suitable for our event. It did not disappoint!The stalls were extremely clean and sanitized. The fireplace and music were great ambience. Soap, toilet paper, and paper towels were all provided.Jason was amazing to work with. He was very responsive and accommodating for our event. It was nice being able to communicate quickly with Jason through text messages. We appreciated the follow up from Jason to see how our experience was. It was also a plus that he was a local business for us!
Terrific restroom and wonderful service by Jason of Complete Site Solutions. Perfect for our outdoor wedding shower. Facilities were immaculate, fully stocked and in great working condition with mirrors, large counter space, carpet, AC and even music! Jason provided a water tank as we did not have access. Competitive pricing worth every penny for 60 guests dressed up on a HOT humid day. You will not be disappointed.
Excellent Product and Excellent Service. I originally booked two deluxe portable toilets four months out from my event, however, three days before the event I called Jason and asked if I could upgrade to a two stall restroom trailer. He didn't have any two stalls available but offered me a four stall at a reasonable price. I am so glad I upgraded, it was well worth the money.The stalls were immaculate and very nice. My guest referred to them as the "bougie" bathrooms. Each stall was air conditioned; each stall had piped in radio music as well as available blue tooth; each stall included a flushable toilet, working sink, mirror and the gentleman stall included a urinal. I was having a pool party, and there were some guest comfortable enough to use them as a changing room. The best part, I had the trailer from Friday to Monday and it never smelled.Jason was very professional, very accommodating and very customer focused. He was very respectful of our property, making sure there was no long term damage to our yard. I would definitely use Site Solutions again.
Great service Jason the owner is very responsive and willing to do any job. He was able to provide me with two potties in short notice and had them delivered and the units were in immaculate condition. He was also able to pump out two restroom trailers of mine that were on site. Reasonable pricing all around. I look forward to using Complete Site Solutions in the future.
Used the double toilet trailer for our party of 60 people, which all our guests loved it (especially the background music). Very professional and reasonable priced. Would definitely use in the future again.
Complete Site Solutions was amazing to work with! Jason was able to help us out same-day, leading up to a holiday weekend when our facilities suddenly became unavailable. Prices were perfect, service was great and was the only portable restroom company that didn't tell us "we're booked" or "you'll have to wait until tomorrow". We can't thank him enough or our event would of been cancelled. CSS might not be located in Delaware County, but we won't hold that against them, we'll be calling him again for sure!
Fantastic experience! Rented a 2 stall mobile restroom for a family party. The mobile restroom was immaculate and quite honestly the hit of the party! Jason was awesome. Would absolutely recommend!
